Microfluidic Migration Device Design

Please use the links below to download the computer-aided design files for the microfluidic migration device described in Davidson et al. (Integrative Biology. 2015) and Keys et al. (Methods in Molecular Biology. 2018). These files are compatible with AutoCAD software, and may be converted for use on a Heidelberg Mask Writer.

Details of the design of these devices and its application can be found in the Davidson et al. publication, while detailed step-by-step procedures for producing these devices for use in-lab are detailed in the Keys et al. publication.
